Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping on rooftop tents (and similar large gear) to addresses we can deliver to in the contiguous United States.

Where we don’t ship

We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or U.S. Armed Forces military bases.

How freight delivery works

Rooftop tents usually ship by freight truck. Delivery is usually curbside. You may need help moving the tent from the delivery point.

The carrier will usually call to set a delivery appointment. Please use a real street address (no PO boxes) and a phone number where we can reach you. An adult may need to be present to sign.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing and transit times vary by manufacturer, product and stock availability. Your product page shows the applicable estimate for that item. Processing is the time before shipment; transit starts after the carrier receives the order. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will communicate known delays and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Delivery damage

Inspect your shipment before signing. Photograph the packaging, label and any visible damage, and write a specific description on the delivery receipt. Keep all packaging and delivery paperwork.

Report delivery damage to support@rooftentpro.com as soon as possible, preferably immediately and no later than 24 hours after delivery. Include your order number, photos and the delivery receipt. Do not install or use a damaged product while we review the issue. Prompt documentation helps preserve carrier and supplier claims; these instructions do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
