Returns
Before returning a product, contact support@rooftentpro.com with your order number, product and reason for return. Wait for written return authorization and the correct return address.
Return eligibility, deadlines, restocking fees, and return-freight responsibility depend on the manufacturer or vendor and are stated on that product’s page. For an eligible change-of-mind return, products normally must be unused, uninstalled and complete in their original packaging, and must meet any additional conditions listed on the product page.
Covered defects and delivery damage are handled through the applicable damage or warranty process described on the product page. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Delivery damage, incorrect items and warranty claims are handled separately and are not affected by these windows.
Shipping costs on returns
Free shipping applies to standard delivery of your original order. Change-of-mind return shipping and any disclosed restocking charges are separate and follow the manufacturer-specific rules on the product page. We do not retroactively charge you for the original outbound shipping that was free at checkout. Covered damage, incorrect-item and warranty claims may follow different rules, which we will explain before arranging a return.
Cancellation
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We will issue a full refund when we can complete cancellation before the order is released to the carrier. A request is confirmed only when you receive our written cancellation confirmation. After shipment, the return rules on the product page apply. Any more restrictive product-specific cancellation cutoff will be stated on the product page before purchase. Your statutory cancellation or refund rights are unaffected.
Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by vendor and product. Duration, exclusions, claim route, and who pays warranty shipping are summarized on each product page. Contact RoofTentPro if you need help identifying the coverage or preparing a claim. Free shipping on the original order does not automatically include shipping for warranty service.
