Price Match Policy

RoofTentPro will match the lowest eligible online price on the products we carry.

If you find an eligible lower price from another authorized online retailer, we will match that price.

To request a price match, you must provide proof of the lower price, such as a current product-page screenshot, written quote, invoice, or email offer.

Policy

We work hard to offer competitive prices and excellent value. If you purchase a product from RoofTentPro and find it offered for less by an eligible online competitor, contact us with proof of the lower price. If your request meets the requirements below, we will refund the eligible difference to your original payment method.

Price Match Requirements and Limitations

• The product must first be purchased from RoofTentPro before a price-match refund can be issued.
• The competitor’s product must be identical, including the same brand, model, size, color, configuration, and included accessories.
• The product must be new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the applicable brand.
• The competitor’s offer must be publicly available and verifiable when we review the request.
• The competitor must be an established online retailer. Marketplace sellers, auction sites, liquidators, wholesalers, membership clubs, and discount or closeout websites are not eligible.
• Pricing errors, misprints, financing offers, rebates, coupons, bundled offers, free gifts, buy-one-get-one promotions, and other conditional discounts are not eligible.
• Special promotional events, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, are excluded.
• The comparison is based on the competitor’s total delivered price, including shipping and handling charges but excluding sales tax.
• The policy does not apply to used, refurbished, open-box, returned, damaged, clearance, discontinued, custom, or made-to-order products.
• Price matching is subject to manufacturer pricing policies and restrictions.
• Only one price match may be applied per item, and it cannot be combined with other RoofTentPro promotions or discounts.

Certain additional exclusions may apply.

RoofTentPro strives to provide the lowest prices permitted by our manufacturers. Price-match requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to verification. If approving a requested price would result in RoofTentPro selling the product below its cost or violating a manufacturer’s pricing policy, we reserve the right to deny or modify the request.
