The 23ZERO Walkabout 62 2.0 is a four-season soft shell rooftop tent with a queen-size 62" × 96" sleeping area for 3 adults. This package adds a boot bag pair and a universal gear loft for storage.
The Walkabout 2.0 series uses 23ZERO's Light Suppression Technology (LST) fabric for a darker interior, with large side windows for views and airflow. It mounts on a 48" × 63" footprint and opens to 63" × 122" with a queen-size sleeping area.

Free standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping on rooftop tents (and similar large gear) to addresses we can deliver to in the contiguous United States.
Where we don’t ship
We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or U.S. Armed Forces military bases.
How freight delivery works
Rooftop tents usually ship by freight truck. Delivery is usually curbside. You may need help moving the tent from the delivery point.
The carrier will usually call to set a delivery appointment. Please use a real street address (no PO boxes) and a phone number where we can reach you. An adult may need to be present to sign.
Inspect the carton before signing; note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible with photos.

Shipping timing
In-stock orders usually leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. Freight carriers deliver Monday through Friday, so weekends and holidays don’t count as transit days. Your tent arrives curbside, and residential delivery with liftgate service is included. If you’d like inside delivery or special handling, or need to change the delivery address after the order ships, just let us know; the carrier may charge extra for these.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel or change your order at no cost until it’s prepared for shipment, so please reach out as soon as you can. Once the order is being prepared, a staging fee of $75 or 1% of the order (whichever is greater) applies, and after it ships, carrier rerouting or return costs apply. 23ZERO orders are final sale once delivered, so we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. We’re glad to help you confirm the model, size, and vehicle fit before you order. None of this affects a qualifying manufacturer warranty claim, a delivery-damage claim, or your rights under the law.
Delivery damage
Please take a quick look at the tent when it arrives. If you see damage, take a few photos, refuse the delivery, and let us know right away so we can help sort it out. If the carton looked fine but you notice damage after unpacking, please send us photos within 1 business day of delivery so we can file the carrier claim in time.
Warranty
Rooftop tents and awning bodies generally come with a two-year limited manufacturer warranty, and transit covers, straps, and other products typically have one year of coverage. 23ZERO handles warranty claims directly with the original purchaser; just have your proof of purchase and a few photos ready. We’re happy to send your order details or help if anything gets stuck. Warranty shipping is paid by the customer. Coverage applies to products located in the contiguous United States and doesn’t include commercial, rental, or full-time residential use. Other exclusions apply.
Care & storage
Dry the tent fully before long-term storage. Clean fabric with mild soap and water — avoid harsh solvents on coatings. Check ladder locks and mounting hardware before each trip. Store indoors when the tent is off the vehicle for extended periods.
