Shipping & support
Free standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping on rooftop tents (and similar large gear) to addresses we can deliver to in the contiguous United States.
Where we don’t ship
We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or U.S. Armed Forces military bases.
How freight delivery works
Rooftop tents usually ship by freight truck. Delivery is usually curbside. You may need help moving the tent from the delivery point.
The carrier will usually call to set a delivery appointment. Please use a real street address (no PO boxes) and a phone number where we can reach you. An adult may need to be present to sign.
Inspect the carton before signing; note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible with photos.

Shipping timing
Rooftop tents may require a freight appointment and curbside receipt. Processing and transit estimates for your order will be communicated after the supplier accepts it.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the supplier has accepted the order (final sale). Please confirm the model, size, and compatibility before purchasing. This does not prevent a qualifying manufacturer warranty claim, delivery-damage claim, or a remedy required by law.
Delivery damage
If the product itself is visibly damaged, photograph it, refuse delivery, and notify RoofTentPro immediately. If only the packaging appears damaged, photograph it, note the damage, obtain the driver’s exception/reference number, and contact us immediately. Inspect the product promptly even when the carton looks intact.
Warranty
Rooftop tents and awning bodies generally have a two-year limited manufacturer warranty; transit covers, straps, and other products typically have one-year coverage. Contact RoofTentPro for help preparing a claim with proof of purchase and photos. Customers pay warranty shipping. Coverage is for the original purchaser, requires the product to be located in the contiguous United States, and excludes commercial, rental, and full-time residential use. Other exclusions apply.
Care & storage
Dry the tent fully before long-term storage. Clean fabric with mild soap and water — avoid harsh solvents on coatings. Check ladder locks and mounting hardware before each trip. Store indoors when the tent is off the vehicle for extended periods.
