Product Description
The Naturnest Polaris 2 is an aluminum clamshell hard shell rooftop tent for two, with extra headroom from its extended top. A double-layer fabric wall fights condensation, and built-in power and AC/heater ports make it ready for four-season camping.
1. Extended space: The extended design adds more usable space on the top.
2. Double-layer fabric: The innovative design of the double-layer structure effectively solves the problem of condensation. The interior of the tent is made of double-layer mildew-proof and antibacterial polyester plaid fabric, and the outer cover is made of high-density Oxford plaid fabric. The air barrier between the inner and outer layers of fabric forms a natural barrier to prevent water droplets from condensing due to temperature differences, so that the tent is always dry and comfortable, whether it is a wet morning or a cold night, always protecting your camping experience
3. Accessory luggage pole: Accessories such as solar panels can be added to the top of the tent, making it convenient for you to place more equipment during outdoor activities.
4. Equipped with power port: A power port is set at the bottom of the tent, which can be connected to an external power supply through the Anderson interface (50A, 12V). There are USB interfaces and power interfaces inside to power electronic devices such as LED light strips in the tent to meet your needs.
5. Comfortable mattress: A non-deformable 2-inch mattress, 0.35-inch condensation pad and ocean blanket are used to provide protection for your sleep.
6. Air conditioning and heating interface: There are air conditioning and heating interfaces on the side of the tent, which can be used with outdoor air conditioners or diesel heaters to ensure universal use in all seasons and unobstructed enjoyment.
7. High-quality zippers: All use YKK zippers, which are smooth and unobstructed, effectively extending the service life of the tent fabric.
8. Top skylight: The transparent skylight design on the top allows you to immerse yourself in the beautiful night sky.
9. All-aluminum alloy structure: The tent uses aluminum alloy die-cast corners, which have strong impact resistance and are not easy to deform.

We offer free standard shipping on rooftop tents (and similar large gear) to addresses we can deliver to in the contiguous United States.
Where we don’t ship
We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or U.S. Armed Forces military bases.
How freight delivery works
Rooftop tents usually ship by freight truck. Delivery is usually curbside. You may need help moving the tent from the delivery point.
The carrier will usually call to set a delivery appointment. Please use a real street address (no PO boxes) and a phone number where we can reach you. An adult may need to be present to sign.
Inspect the carton before signing; note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible with photos.

Shipping timing
When in stock, LTL orders are typically prepared within about 7 working days before they ship. Rooftop tents often arrive about 7–15 business days after shipment by freight. Freight usually needs an appointment, adult signature, and a reachable phone number.
Returns
Return or exchange requests are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns require the product unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition with original packaging; a $100 restocking fee applies and you are responsible for return shipping. Contact RoofTentPro for written authorization before returning anything.
Delivery damage
If the product appears visibly damaged, photograph it and refuse the shipment. Ask the driver to record that delivery was refused because of visible damage, and send us the photos and delivery receipt immediately.
Warranty
The manufacturer provides a one-year parts-only warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects from the date of purchase (authorized-dealer proof required). Typical wear, UV aging, and misuse are excluded; the customer installs replacement parts. Contact RoofTentPro for help coordinating your claim.
Care & storage
Dry the tent fully before long-term storage. Clean fabric with mild soap and water — avoid harsh solvents on coatings. Check ladder locks and mounting hardware before each trip. Store indoors when the tent is off the vehicle for extended periods.
